It is frightening, shocking, infuriating and disgusting that the Inspector General who's duty is to audit, not just doesn't know where did trillions of dollars go, but doesn't even know it is her duty to know it! Congress says there is no money to pay for Americans' health care, yet trillions fly out unaccounted for. This is the best Congress money can buy!
